DIAMOND DARLINGS DANCE TEAMThe newest addition to the Gunslingers Organization Texarkana, TX (February 2, 2009) – The Texarkana Gunslingers are excited to announce the newest addition to the organization – The Diamond Darlings.The Diamond Darlings will be a selected group of young ladies who will provide in-game entertainment, make community appearances, and perform dance routines at the Texarkana Gunslingers home baseball games. Candidates must be between the ages of 18-24, a high school graduate (or equivalent), highly energetic with a fun personality, reside in the Ark-La-Tex area and have a full commitment to the Texarkana Gunslingers Organization.Auditions will be held in the Aerobics Room (inside the Pinkerton Center) at Texarkana College March 27-28, 2009. Registration will begin at 5:30PM on March 27 followed by the audition routine being taught. Actual auditions will be conducted Saturday, March 28 at 10:00AM. Each contestant will need to bring a non-refundable $15 audition fee, current photograph (will not be returned) and driver’s license to registration. Appropriate dancewear is expected to be worn by all applicants.
